We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any spice blend, seasonal harvest, or gift set at any time. While we take meticulous care to accurately represent product color, grain texture, and packaging imagery on our store, variations may occur depending on your display device.

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed through our platform. In our sole discretion, we may restrict or limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or billing address. 4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Dried Chili is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, with typical processing times between 24 and 48 hours. Estimated delivery windows depend on geographic destination and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Dried Chili is not liable for carrier transit delays resulting from severe weather conditions, customs bottlenecks, or inaccurate customer-provided addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened spices. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@driedchili.com with photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to strict food health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened chili jars or used spice containers. If your shipment arrives damaged, leaked in transit, or missing an item, please notify us within 30 days at support@driedchili.com with supporting photo evidence, and our team will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
